Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1.1 As each consultation appointment requires research & preparation and is subject to availability; we require that any changes made to your appointment are made 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will result in a $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

To avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee, please provide notice to us within 24 hours before your appointment.

Please note, that we do understand that emergencies do happen, and this fee may be waivered subject to our discretion.

2. Refunds

2.1. If your appointment is cancelled 24 hours before your appointment time, a full refund of your consultation fee will be refunded to you. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for this refund to appear in your bank.

2.2. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a refund of your consultation fee minus our cancellation fee will be refunded to you. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for this refund to appear in your bank.

2.4 If you have requested a refund more than 5-10 business days ago and it hasn’t appeared in your bank, please contact us.
